Our commitment
Our clients’ interests come first when they buy or sell a home. Sellers decide with us how their home is marketed, from open houses and full public exposure to a listing that stays in the MLS but is kept off public home search sites for sensitive situations, as MLS rules allow. Buyers get the same attention through showings, offers and negotiation. We keep clients informed from the first conversation through closing, and we stay available after it to answer questions about the home and help new owners settle in and learn the area. When a question calls for a lawyer, lender or tax professional, we say so and share names so clients can choose their own.
